We study road user behaviour from perspectives such as workload, fatigue, driver distraction; sleep apnoea, emotion, and eco-driving. We prioritise the research with clear potential for societal impact and use a range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies and tools such as on-road studies and simulators.

<p>We have opportunities for prospective postgraduate researchers in the <a href="https://environment.leeds.ac.uk/transport-human-factors-safety">Human Factors and Safety research group</a>.
