Summary

There is a huge need for new data analytics methods that allow heterogeneous health data to be used to answer fundamental clinical research questions. The goal of this PhD is to develop new interactive data visualization methods for linking imprecisely defined health data. This will involve characterising the limitations of current methods, understanding how this impacts on data quality, and developing and evaluating novel solutions.
